Dr Mr Ishaque,  I wanted to write you this note to show you how much I appreciate the care you have shown me in relation to my disc problem. You are a totally amazing man and I am truly amazed at your skill and professionalism. Even though I doubted, right up to the last minutes, that I needed the surgery, I still had every confidence in what you were doing was necessary. You fully explained the whole surgery so I could understand and were very attentive post operation.
