Being told that you need to have major surgery on your spine, without which you could potentially end up in a wheelchair, was extremely frightening, to say the least.

To have Mr Ishaque as your consultant made that experience so much easier, not only from the explanation of what my condition was and the reasons why surgery was recommended to what the surgery would involve and what to expect post-surgery.
