I would like to start by paying tribute to  Mr. Ishaque and his team a very caring and considerate man  also a very friendly man but equally very professional  this also goes for the team  that work with Mr. Ishaque.

I was referred to Mr. Ishaque  in January 2015 with pain in my leg and ankle that was excruciating it was recommended that I have a Root Block which I have to say removed  the pain I was in and gave me some respite but this was not to last .

The pain returned in early 2016 but  this time I had started to get back pain so it was recommended  I had another  Root Block and a Transforaminal  Epidural again this was short lived  .

So in October 2016 Mr. Ishaque explained to me about a relatively new procedure called an Intradiscal Implant that he felt I might benefit from so in late October I had the procedure again everything went fantastically well but I still had leg pain so I had another Root Block in late November .

Which brings me to August 2017 I have felt the best I have for close to two and a half years  I would very much like to take this opportunity thank Mr. Ishaque for all his help over the last two and a half years .

Having pain as I did and trying to explain to someone just how bad it is quite hard having Mr. Ishaque to talk to made the process so much easier as he genuinely understood the discomfort I was in anyone who is suffering the same symptoms as myself and if the procedure was  recommended to the them  I would say to them to have the procedure  I am able to do so much more now exercising , bike riding , and working on the golf handicap!!

So thank you again Mr. Ishaque for all your help and expertise that you have shown me
