I was most impressed with the level of care and professionalism from all staff, from his secretary and the admin team, those working on the wards, to those in theatre and I am genuinely unable to find fault.

I wish to express my heartfelt thanks for the treatment afforded me by Mr Ishaque and also that of all the staff at The Priory Hospital, following a number of inpatient and outpatient appointments over an extended period.

 

During a number of inpatient stays at The Priory Hospital, I was most impressed with the level of care and professionalism from all staff, from his secretary and the admin team, those working on the wards, to those in theatre and I am genuinely unable to find fault.  

I have suffered back pain for several years and this issue became sufficiently bad enough that medical intervention was required and I was duly referred to Mr Ishaque. 

I had very low expectations at this early stage, having been left more than a little disappointed and frustrated by a previous referral, which had done nothing to explain my condition, or indeed alleviate my symptoms, leaving me most upset and still suffering pain and discomfort.

 

From the outset and throughout all of my dealings with Mr Ishaque, I found him to be genuinely concerned, extremely polite, friendly, helpful, approachable and reassuring at a time when I was also dealing with another medical issue. He took the time to explain matters to me and put me at ease with his manner, thorough investigation and subsequent treatment in relation to my condition.

If it had not been for the concern shown by Mr Ishaque in relation to an unrelated matter, I would have most likely suffered an imminent heart attack. This matter was outside of Mr Ishaques area of expertise but he went out of his way to help me and sent me for blood tests and subsequent referral for treatment.

 

In all my years and experience of both private and NHS care, I have never met such an endearing gentleman, one who most typifies the true ethos of "medical care" and I will be forever in his debt. I cannot praise Mr Ishaque enough and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone suffering a back condition.
