Miracle Cure !

Having suffered with lower back pain since my early 20's (I am now 59), initially sustained though a football injury, which usually recurred on average every 5 to 7 years, I have always found relief through physiotherapy.  Unfortunately in 2019, I had a recurrence of my lower left  back pain which didn't resolve with physio so I was referred to Professor Ishaque. Following an initial consultation and an MRI scan, Professor Ishaque recommended a medial branch block. The procedure was very quick and easy and I have not had a recurrence since.

Unfortunately this September 2021 I had a similar issue but this time it was on my right hand side and I was also experiencing some hip pain. I contacted Professor Ishaque again and we followed the same procedure.

I am now 6 weeks on from my medial branch block and I have suffered no further pain or discomfort even after my commute to work which is a weekly 400 mile round trip !

Professor Ishaque discharged me today without having to move to the next potential procedure of a Radio Frequency Ablation (RFA).
