I can only say thank you to Mr Ishaque and his team for the profession manner in which the cause of my back was analysed and resolved.

I am indebted to Mr Ishaque and his team.I am a 71 year old male and for the last 3 years have suffered with significant lower back pain resulting in reduced general activity and a walking capacity reduced to 200 metres without rest. For the last 3 years I have been subject to NHS protocols of Physiotherapy / Acupuncture etc resulting in no improvement. Finally the Consultant Surgeon recommended Spinal Decompression Surgery as a possible solution with no other alternative being offered.Fortunately my surgery was cancelled at the last minute due to circumstances out of my control. This resulted in me requesting an alternative opinion with my Doctor who suggested Mr Ishaque. On meeting Mr Ishaque his first comments were to the effect that I was a very lucky person that the surgery had been called off.Using the same data used by the NHS Mr Ishaque also noted that I had a mild curvature of the spine, which was apparent on a standing x-ray. In view of this Mr Ishaque recommended a “Multi level transforammal epidural and dorsal root ganglion block”.Within days of the procedure I was walking for 40 minutes (no back pain) and within 4 weeks I was walking up to 5 miles (no back pain) I then commenced to playing 9 holes of golf three times a week (no back pain) and now I am playing 18 holes of golf three times a week (no back pain).I can only say thank you to Mr Ishaque and his team for the profession manner in which the cause of my back was analysed and resolved.
