I can only marvel at the operations team, their dedication to endure a 7 hour operation leaves me in awe. I must apologise to Dr Da Silva for causing him anxiety because of my physical condition.

Just how serious things were in the theatre that night I will never know, but can only thank the whole team for their expertise. Being a challenge to Dr Da Silva must have been bad enough, but the situation present to Mr Ishaque must have been equally daunting.

Fortunately for me I was in the hands of 2 men at the top of their professions. The cheerful disposition, warmth and genuine concern expressed by all the nursing and catering staff was a credit to the hospital.
